Our indoor playground is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

5. Is parental supervision required?
Yes, parental or guardian supervision is required at all times. We also have staff on hand to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

6. Are socks required?
Yes, all children and adults entering the play area must wear socks. This helps us maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

7. Do you have a café or snack bar?
Yes, we have a café on-site offering a variety of snacks, drinks, and light meals.

8. Can I bring outside food?
Outside food and drinks are not allowed, except for baby food and items necessary for children with specific dietary needs or allergies. Cakes are permitted for birthday parties.

9. What safety measures are in place?
Safety is our number one priority. Our playground is equipped with security cameras and monitoring systems, and children cannot leave the facility without their guardian. We regularly sanitize the premises using infrared light treatments for germ control and ensure staff clean surfaces throughout the day. For security, adults without children are not permitted to enter, and children must be checked out before leaving.

No, we do not offer group discounts or memberships at this time.

11. How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online through our website or at the front desk upon arrival. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance, especially on weekends and holidays.

12. What is your refund or cancellation policy?
We offer refunds on party bookings if canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Day passes can be refunded anytime before use.

13. Is there parking available?
Yes, we have ample parking space available right outside our facility, including accessible parking spots.
